If it doesn’t all fit in your blender, you can use just 1 cup of water and make it in batches. d. Blend everything on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

    a. Precook the frozen mixed vegetables by microwaving them. b. In a soup pan, combine the precooked vegetables and chopped turkey. c. Pour the cauliflower cream you prepared earlier over the vegetables and turkey. d. Mix everything together and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Note: If you’re using Thick-it-Up to thicken the soup, whisk it into the soup at the end of the cooking process.
