If you’re looking for a high protein low carb shakes then this one I recommend the most out of this selection. For me, the chocolate-peanut-butter taste is mindblowing good and I have to be careful not to become addicted. 😉
Nevertheless, that’s just my personal taste, but Premier offers this shake in 11 different flavors, like vanilla, cinnamon roll, or cafe latte. I love that it’s so high in protein, which helps me stay full and focused throughout the day.
It’s also really convenient to grab a bottle on my way out the door in the morning or to have it as a midday snack when I need a quick boost of energy.
One thing to note is that the shake contains milk and soy, so it may not be the best choice for those with allergies or sensitivities to those ingredients.

They taste great, and they’re a convenient way to get a lot of protein in one drink. I usually drink one after my workouts, and I’ve noticed that my muscles are less sore and I have more energy throughout the day.
One thing I really like about these shakes is that they’re made from ultra-filtered milk, so they’re lactose-free and contain only 3g of sugar.
The only downside to these shakes is that they’re only available in 3 different flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.
3. Price-Pick: Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake

As I know, that these special low carb products are mostly a bit pricey, I want to test the cheapest products as well. The Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake I found has the best value-per-price pick and is worth trying.
The shake is only available in two flavors, chocolate and vanilla, which might not be to everyone’s taste.
I found the vanilla flavor to be quite pleasant, although I would have liked to see more flavor options.
The texture is creamy and rich, so it keeps you full for a long time. I also liked that the shake contains 24 essential vitamins and minerals, which helped me meet my daily nutrient requirements.

One thing to keep in mind is that Quest recently reformulated some of its products to contain soy lecithin and vegetable oil, including soybean, which is considered an allergen. However, the small amount contained within the product will not change the quality, flavor, or texture of the product.
Another thing I like about the Quest Salted Caramel Protein Shake is that it’s easy to take with me wherever I go. I can toss it in my backpack, purse, or gym bag, and I always have a tasty and nutritious snack on hand.
